The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our Apartments & Townhouse division, ‘RPM Metro’. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple active and future Apartment and Townhouse projects
You will be the key point of contact for prospective buyers, utilising industry-leading, data-driven sales and marketing strategies to deliver results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Methodically managing new and existing enquiries via our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up and client engagement.
- Formulating and presenting weekly and monthly insights into the apartment project to support proactive sales strategies.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the project’s vision, our surrounding competition and local amenities to confidently present and communicate the project’s vision and key benefits to customers and clients.
About You:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced high-density salesperson looking to make a large number of sales, and assist in the establishment of RPM’s Metro division.
You will have extensive knowledge of Off-The-Plan apartments & Townhouses and be able to leverage RPM’s market leading data & insights to highlight the benefits of your projects
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience selling luxury, off-the-plan Apartments & Townhouses.
- A solid grasp of sales strategies and a skill for overcoming objections in the property industry.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and CRM systems to efficiently track and manage client relationships.
- A valid Australian Driver’s License;
- Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Permanent working rights in Australia.
