About the Role:
As Senior Sales Consutlant you will be the central figure in the sales process, utilising your in-depth product knowledge and proven customer service skills to craft tailored property solutions. Collaborating closely with our Sales Directors and Marketing team, you’ll leverage insights and targeted messaging to drive sales and meet client needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Seamlessly managing new and existing clients using our advanced CRM system, ensuring an efficient and methodical approach to client interactions.
- Utilizing relationships with builders to create tailored house and land packages that meet client preferences.
- Analyzing project data to formulate weekly and monthly estate project reports, enabling proactive sales strategies.
- Quickly becoming an expert in the Bundaberg region, gaining an understanding of local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures - we'll help with you all the stats!
About You:
The ideal candidate is a personable, team-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve results. With your substantial property industry experience and proven ability to manage clients through the sales process, you will establish yourself as a trusted expert in the region. Your qualifications and experience will include:
- Experience with Office 365 and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to manage clients through the entire sales process in the property industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong experience with closing sales
- Relevant real estate certifications and a valid Driver’s License.
- Permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
