Drive insights, enable growth, and deliver client excellence.
At RPM Group, we’re not just about property - we’re about empowering smarter, more sustainable communities. Our Transactions & Advisory (T&A) team partners with leading developers and landowners across Queensland and New South Wales to deliver market intelligence, strategic sales execution, and exceptional project outcomes.
We’re seeking a motivated Associate to join our Queensland team, supporting the Director, T&A QLD/NSW and the Managing Directors of Project Marketing. This hybrid sales and analytical role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable diving into a feasibility model as they are collaborating on a client pitch or negotiating a transaction.
What you’ll do
You’ll play a pivotal role bridging commercial analysis, sales support, and client engagement to ensure disciplined execution and great results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing insightful sales reports, dashboards and board-ready packs to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Maintaining and analysing market and project databases across infill and greenfield markets.
- Assisting in the preparation of submissions, EOIs, IMs, and RFPs, and supporting campaigns alongside the marketing and sales teams.
- Supporting client meetings, inspections and events, helping maintain professional relationships and CRM accuracy.
- Producing clear, actionable market insights on buyer trends, competitors, and planning updates.
- Collaborating on business development and prospecting activities, including tracking pipeline health and win/loss analysis.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven professional who combines analytical rigour with commercial curiosity. You’ll have:
- A degree in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in property development, valuation, advisory, or project marketing/sales support.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills (feasibility, pricing, sensitivities, cashflows).
- Solid CRM and data management understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- A current QLD Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain) and a driver’s licence.
Why RPM
At RPM, we live by our values - Trusted Expertise, Dynamic Intelligence, Respectfully Bold, Sustainable Innovation, and Seamless Collaboration.
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team that celebrates curiosity, continuous learning, and innovation in everything we do.
We offer:
- Opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
- A collaborative team culture that values growth and initiative.
- Exposure to some of the most exciting projects in Queensland’s residential property market.
