We are a growing real estate data and analytics company helping developers, planners, and industry professionals make smarter decisions. We’re seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development Manager to lead our end-to-end sales process and drive growth
The Role
You will own the full sales cycle - identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Your knowledge of the property development lifecycle and data/analytics will be key to building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development plan with the Managing Director to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across developers, builders, planners, and related groups.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and communicate the value of our solutions.
- Support onboarding for new clients to ensure smooth platform adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide client and market feedback to help shape product and positioning.
- Assist with partnerships and channel strategies to accelerate growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of property development, land sales, and planning processes.
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management in real estate or data/SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to explain technical/analytical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Organised, detail-focused, and effective in fast-paced environments.

- Existing network across developers, builders, councils, or planning agencies.
