The Role:

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will drive sales for the residential component of the $2.5 billion Maroochydore city centre project, positioned in one of Australia's most desirable lifestyle regions.

You will be the key point of contact for prospective buyers, utilising industry-leading, data-driven sales and marketing strategies to deliver results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Methodically managing new and existing enquiries via our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up and client engagement.
  • Formulating and presenting weekly and monthly insights into the apartment project to support proactive sales strategies.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the new city centre project to confidently present and communicate the project’s vision and key benefits to customers and clients.

 

About You:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced high-density salesperson looking to add a legacy project to their portfolio. You will have extensive knowledge of the Sunshine Coast region and leverage a broad understanding of the Queensland property market to highlight the benefits of this project

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience selling luxury, off-the-plan apartments.
  • A solid grasp of sales strategies and a skill for overcoming objections in the property industry.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and CRM systems to efficiently track and manage client relationships.
  • A valid Australian Driver’s License;
  • a Salesperson Certificate
  • Permanent working rights in Australia.
